Return and Refund Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also ensure that you include the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return request, we will send you a return label and further instructions for returning your package. We cannot accept returns that have not been initiated through a return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you have received any damaged or defective items. We will assess the issue and ensure a resolution.
Note: Discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
